As MKT Analyst at KFC and part of the Marketing team, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities:
You will be the Brand MKT Analyst for our 3 main product portfolio for which you will manage the overall strategy to grow your categories, design and implement related annual marketing plans, and development of 12-month calendar to drive commercial success of the brand in Spain and Portugal. Your responsibilities would include:
- Defining and landing the menu vision to nurture Innovation pipeline and existing product development to drive brand relevance and improve profitability
- Leading pricing strategy of your portfolio
- Supervising and nurturing the insight ecosystem coordinating key agencies partners and Market research (NPD Crest, BIT, Ad-hoc studies).
- Work closely with communications team to enhance category awareness and nurture promotional calendar
- Coordinate and lead cross functional process with Planning, Food technology, Development and Operations to ensure the perfect implementation and execution end to end of key marketing initiatives related to your portfolio
- Measure sales and traffic performance of your category and related marketing activities

Requisitos

Requisitos Mínimos:
- Between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, retail or food related industry.
- Real passion for genuine brand strategy with great strategic vision and strong commercial acumen.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to disrupt category conventions. Comfortable with change and fast paced industry
- You think big, connecting the dots in fresh ways to make amazing things happen.
- You see yourself as a people grower and team player.
- Fluent English is a must.
- High proficiency in Microsoft excel.
