WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

An Order Administrator based in Madrid to join our vibrant sales team who are retaining and growing our Channel. You provide a vital link between our product and services and the businesses that need them. In this role, you will be contributing to the profitable growth and its development at a highly successful and innovative software company. You´ll convert purchase order transactions from a large partner community to Sales Orders within our CRM system on a daily basis.

WHAT YOU´LL DO:

Order Entry & Returns:
Input orders and issue returns within our CRM in a timely and accurate manner;
Work with the Shipping Department to handle special requests;
Communicate with Accounting Department regarding orders from delinquent accounts.
Customer Service:
Assist customers (via phone and email) with order and product-related questions regarding part numbers, pricing, order confirmation, price discrepancies, product availability, returns, and more.
Redirect Calls:
Handoff customers to other departments as needed.
Complaint resolution:
Take ownership and solve escalated telephone and written customer issues;
Identify, prioritize and address problems using appropriate tools and techniques that eliminate recurrence.
Database Management:
Maintain data integrity within our CRM database by updating existing customer accounts or entering new account information as needed for customers you have contact with;
Follow GDPR and company guidelines when maintaining all customer data.
Cross-departmental collaboration:
Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to find the best solution for each customer (Marketing, Tech Support, Accounting, Shipping department).
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Prior experience maintaining a CRM and proficiency in Microsoft Office (email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), the accuracy with careful attention to details;
Be flexible, well organized, have the ability to prioritize and multi-task;
Passionate about software and high-tech products;
A very positive and team-oriented attitude, with high energy levels as well as strong communication and organizational skills;
The applicant must be able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision, always striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance;
A personality who provides real clarity on what others are accountable for and takes responsibility for doing what they say they will do;
Ability to proactively identify solutions or work to develop new approaches to meet changing needs by embracing new ways of working;
Willingness to learn, grow and expand knowledge and responsibility to support a growing business and sales model;
Other sales tasks might be requested.

Self-motivated; achieves through teamwork and continuous learning;
Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service (customer facing) gained preferably in a multinational environment;
Engage in continuous performance improvement;
Knowledge of EMEA geography and cultures.


IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English and Spanish (any other language is a big plus).
