We are looking for a Customer Services to join our small tema based in Marbella, Spain, to take the lead on customer interaction -answering queries over the phone, by email and over social media platforms, seeking feedback on product and service and arranging refunds and replacements when needed.

The successful applicant will also be expected to help with other office responsabilities, so this role is broader than a typical customer services role and offers plenty of scope for learning and development.

Candidates must have experience of performing well in a Customer Services role and be enthusiastic about taking on a wider remit of responsabilities.

Main duties & resposabilities:

* Day-to-day management of telephone and email correspondence from customers ensuring that all queries are dealt with promptly and courteously.
* Monitor and respond to social media comments and queries.
* Respond to customer queries via LiveChat.
* Protect the business´s Trustpilot score by respondind to positive reviews and managing negative reviews.
* Proactively seek customer feedback on our products and their experience shopping with us to drive continuous improvement.
* Arrange for refunds and free of charge replacements to be issued where necessary.
* Liaise with our third-party warehouse to ensure that all customer orders are despatched on time and returned items have been refunded and booked back into stock.
* Review the website and make routine updates e.g. product descriptions, due in stock dates.
* Regular communication with our office in the United Kingdom.
